Re: Relinquishment of Public Utility Easement / North of Block 2, Lot 7 and Block 1, Lot 12
of the Rolling Hill Subdivision, Ada County, ID
Dear Josh,
This is in response to the PUE relinquishment request submitted to Idaho Power Company and
received in our office December 21, 2021, regarding the possible relinquishment of a public
utility easement (PUE) located as noted above. The attached Exhibit A more specifically
identifies the requested area for relinquishment.
Idaho Power's review of your request indicated that we do not have facilities located within the
requested area. As such, Idaho Power agrees to relinquish our interest in the PUEs that is located
North of Block 2, Lot 7 and Block 1, Lot 12 of the Rolling Hill Subdivision, Ada County, ID, as
shown in the attached exhibits for development of the Rolling Hill Subdivision.
Thank you once again for providing Idaho Power Company the opportunity to review and
comment upon the subject petition for relinquishment.
Sincerely,

Dear Joshua:
OFFICE: Nampa 208.466 78
SHOP: Nampa 208-466-0663
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has reviewed the area in question and
determined we have no facilities in this area and therefore, claim no easement. However,
please be advised the Ridenbaugh Canal and Five Mile Drain easements must be maintained
and protected.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on -site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID will need to review drainage
plans. The developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
Please feel free to contact me with any further questions.
