)pment Group represents a national hospital group that is looking to develop a new
-cialized surgical animal hospital on the subject property located at 158 and 212 South
Lane in Meridian, ID 83624 (see attached).
At this time, we are requesting a zoning and parking letter on City of Meridian letterhead for our
construction lender on the project. The lender is requesting that the letter denotes that permitted
uses include "a cat and dog hospital, provided noise and odors are effectively confined to the
premises".
We understand that the proposed improvements still have to go through full City plan review to
confirm all codes, ordinances and conditions have been satisfied.
At your earliest convenience, please let me know if you or an associate can provide the requested
letter issued by the City so we can proceed with our permit drawings for submission to the city
for review.
