Hello,
We would like to express our concern with this planned project, specifically the connection of Crosswind Street to Linder
without any consideration of the increased traffic or measures to decrease the amount of said traffic. We live at 1750
West Crosswind, two houses in from the proposed project. We also have 4 young children. Per our view on google
maps, each other entryway into the large block, there is no other entrance that immediately enters into homes, except
that that is a deadend without some sort of traffic slowing measure (island, roundabout, etc.). Given the age of our
children and proximity to the traffic entering from Linder road, we would request that some measure be made, and
expressed this concern at the neighborhood meeting, that would slow the traffic down before entering deeper into
Crosswind and the Windsong subdivision.
