Dear Planning Staff,
The owner of the property located at 3336 N. Meridian Rd is proposing the new construction of an
approximately 5,835 s.f. single story residential care facility. The purpose of this request is to vacate a
portion of a City of Meridian water line easement. The proposed project would slightly encroach on the
corner of the easement.
