Commencing at the found 3.25 inch aluminum cap monument stamped PPS 11087 at the corner
common to Township 4 North. Range 1 East and Township 3 North. Rank 1 Fast and
Township 4 North, Range 1 West. and Township 3 North, Range 1, from which the inch
found brass cap monument stamped PI.S 8575 at the (Quarter Comer common to Section 31.
