The partial release easement can be used to pull back the existing easement from the proposed building. A legal description and an accompany map depicting the portion of the existing easement to be released will need to be prepared and submitted to the City. Attached is a "how to" document for submitting documents online. Include the recorded easement along with the submittal. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or for clarification. Good morning Steve, I am working on the CUP for the Brightstar Care Facility at 3336 N Meridian Rd. The nearest cross street is Ustick road. There is a City of Meridian water easement that brings the sewer and water into the lot. Our building would probably slightly encroach into a corner of this easement on the end where the stubs are located. Please see attached site map and exhibits and let me know what you think.
