Re: CZC Application for Bright Star Residential Care Facility
3336 N. Meridian Rd., Meridian, Idaho 83646
Dear Planning Staff,
The owner of the property located at 3336 N. Meridian Rd. is proposing the new construction of an
approximately 5,835 s.f. residential care facility. The proposed use of the building will be a care facility for
the elderly, featuring 12 bedrooms for residence and one office for staff. Dining, entertainment, laundry
and storage shall be provided on -site for the residence. The facility will provide an aesthetic of residential
style and feel for the residence and neighbors.
A new trash enclosure will not be proposed. There are four existing trash enclosures dispersed throughout
the development.
Please refer to the following prior approvals: CUP H-2021-0040 and MDA H-2021- 0052.
The application for the property boundary adjustment to combine these two lots still need to be
submitted. We ask that the CZC application be conditioned that the lot line adjustment needs to be
approved prior to the issuance of building permits.
