In accordance with the requirements of the Ten Mile Crossing Design Guidelines (Guidelines), the
Ten Mile Crossing Design Review Board (Board) affirms that it has reviewed and approves the
proposed building, elevations, site plan and landscape plan for Scheels.
The following comments must be addressed and submitted for final Board approval:
• Prior to installation, provide final physical color selections and samples
• Prior to sign permit submittal, provide final signage design (a separate approval
letter will be provided)
• Prior to certificate of occupancy, all landscape must be installed (or provide a surety)
per the approved Ten Mile Crossing Design Guidelines and approved landscape plans
Subject to the above conditions, the Board finds the project to be compliant with the Guidelines,
and submits this approval letter in accordance with the procedures and requirements of the
Guidelines in anticipation of Meridian City administrative confirmation.
