AFFIDAVIT OF LEGAL INTEREST

I, Robert Phillips, as President of Brighton Corporation, an Idaho corporation which corporation is the
Manager of, and for and on behalf of, DWT Investments, LLC ("DWT', t] (address),
Me Idaho being first duly sworn upon, oath, deposes and says: �
1. That DWT is one of three tenant -in -common record owners of the property described on the attached,
and DWT grants permission to:
Horrocks Engineers, 2775 W Navigator Dr., Ste. 210, Meridian, ID 83642
to submit the accompanying application(s) pertaining to that property.
2. DWT agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the City of Meridian and its employees harmless from
any c I ai in or liability resulting from any dispute as to the statements contained herein or as to DWT's
tenant in common ownership of the property which is the subject of the application.
3. DWT hereby grants permission to City of Meridian staff to enter the subject property for the purpose
of site inspections related to processing said application(s).
