Hi Ted, I just wanted to follow up on the below items. I agree that it's a good idea to have these questions and answers in writing. Thanks so much! I appreciate you! As discussed, here's an outline of the questions I had regarding the Scheels project: • Bus Stops — Are there any requirements to add or improve any bus stops? The bus stops currently in place with satisfy the proposed project's needs. • CZC Application Requirement of a "Recorded Plat": Will I run into any issues if I upload the existing preliminary plat and record of survey while KM Engineering completes the final plat which is in progress but won't record until after we hope to have a building permit? The recorded Development Agreement allows CZC submittal of the proposed project prior to map recordation. While it is not recommended to delay recordation of the plat, the project may also proceed through building permit submittal, and construction. Please note: Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until the Final Plat is recorded. • Is there an overall percentage of landscape required for the site, outside of the Design Guidelines outlined in the Ten Mile Crossing agreement? There are no additional landscape requirements beyond those required by the Development's Design Guidelines. • Are EV Charging Stations (cars) required? If so, what are the requirements? EV Charging Stations are not required, but are also not prohibited. • Are there any requirements surrounding shopping cart corrals, such as spacing, size, look, etc.? Shopping cart corrals requirements are determined by the developer to suit their needs. • We discussed that only a CZC would be needed and that the design review would be done by Brighton. I will plan on uploading their written approval, but can you please verify that this means the Design Review Checklist is not required for the city submittal? The Project's Design Review is performed by the Development's Design Review Committee. City of Meridian CZC review and approval is required for the approval of the proposed zoning use. Please provide a copy of the Development's Design Review Committee's approval with your submittal for CZC approval. Thank you so much!
