RE: H-2021-0098 / City of Meridian Future Land Use Map Amendment and Area of City
Impact Clean Up
Dear Brian,
The City of Meridian has requested feedback regarding the proposed Future Land Use Map
Amendment and a clean up of various areas within and along the Area of City Impact Boundary.
Ada County supports the adjustments of the proposed boundary, as the boundary has been
negotiated and agreed upon by the City of Meridian, City of Boise, City of Star, and the City of
Kuna. We are supportive of the intra-agency work the cities have engaged in.
Ada County is also supportive of the proposed changes to the City of Meridian’s Future Land
Use Map that will correctly reflect approved developments and existing uses and their
designations.
