Re: Champion Park No.3 Property Drainage Easement Vacation
To Whom it May Concern;
We have requested a Property Line Adjustment on the line between Lots 2 and 3 of Block I B in
Champion Park Subdivision No.3. In order to keep the property drainage easement consistent with the
property line, it is necessary to vacate the platted drainage easement along the platted lot -line and
dedicate a new easement along the adjusted property line. The only persons who wíll be affected by the
easement vacation and re-dedication will be those owners of lots 2 and 3. I hereby ask that the request
to vacate the existing platted easement along the lot line between Lots 2 and 3 be granted. Please call
me if you should have any questions.
