Locust Grove Rd. Y.t mile north of Amity Rd. in Meridian, Idaho, A portion of the SW 'l4 of Section 29, T.3N., RIB., Boise-Meridain Ada County Idaho. Estancia Subdivision includes 31.72 acres and has been designed with 110 lots (103 residential, 7 common). This letter is included with the City of Meridian final plat application. The enclosed application has been submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Meridian Zoning Ordinance. In conclusion, Estancia Subdivision will be a quality and compatible addition to this area of Meridian.
