Please see do not change the current zoning for this subdivision, which is 3 - 8 homes. If this new development is going
to have to be accessed through our Chesterfield subdivision, I am against it! There are too many small children and pets
that live on Newland. I'm very concerned for their welfare and safety. We have enough idiots that drive too fast in our
housing track. Our subdivision is very nice and quiet. I enjoying seeing the neighbors and their families walking through
the neighborhood. The increased traffic would be a detriment to our community.
