I am strongly opposed to the potential subdivision at the east end of Newland St., south of
Pine Ave. Pine is already too crowded with traffic, especially at the intersection of Pine and
Black Cat Road. The addition of more homes will increase traffic in our subdivision even
more. Please deny this request to cram a whole lot more homes into an already crowded
area.
