The proposed building at 1555 Labrador will be a commercial office building for Dr. Malan, a
local dentist. The building is owned and operated by Dr. Malan. The building will be all new
construction - 5,595 square foot two-story structure.
The exterior will be white stucco and brick with dark colored wood accents, dark roof & trim, and
dark trimmed architectural windows & fascia. The size and scale of the building are similar to the
other nearby commercial buildings. The elevations feature a modern style with flat roofs and
large brick wall in the center for the common entrance into the building.
Complementary landscaping will accent the building, parking stalls and sidewalks. There will be
sidewalks at the front & back of the building, and adjacent to the parking for pedestrian access.
Along the sides of the building and in parking islands native trees and plants will be planted.
