To Whom it my Concern,
Im writing today to voice my concern on this project. My understanding is this was approved
and zoned for 6-8 homes. Under the current proposal it has 12 homes for development. This
would cause an increase in traffic, congestion on the street, and more issues with parking.
Newland street is full of children playing and would be unsafe. I strongly urge you to object
this project. It would negatively effect the neighborhood.
