Hello,
I am a current homeowner in Chesterfield and love on Newland St. I am writing to let the city know that I am against the
plans for this due to the traffic and parking already not be sufficient for the neighborhood. This would be too many
homes for the allotted space and the number of cars that would go with it would interfere with our streets because
parking would be overflowing down our street. Please reconsider the zoning and approve a plan with fewer homes in
the space. Thank you.
