To Whom it May Concern, I am writing to comment in regards of the R-15 zoning changes at the north end of Newland street. The subdivision is to be called Pinedale. Adding 12 homes onto the 1.22 acres is too many on the small piece of property. It will increase traffic in the area where there are many children at play, and will not provide any on street parking for the proposed houses. This will inevitably effect the other residents already residing on Newland street as well other nearby residents. In addition, the common areas are so small and will not provide any value to the proposed plan. The current zoning for 3-8 homes should stay in effect. There is no special need to add additional houses. Especially because adjacent projects are already underway to provide additional housing in the immediate area.
