Hi, My name is Zach Murphy. I am a homeowner in the Chesterfield 2 Subdivision that will be directly impacted by the Pinedale Subdivision H-2022-0001 rezoning request. I am asking that you please reject the request to rezone this lot from 3-8 buildings to 12 buildings. We are already dealing with a parking shortage in our neighborhood with the new city law that bans parking within 10 feet of a mailbox. Just a few months ago our neighborhood received around 13 notices for parking violations due to this new law and we are having to park vehicles quite far as it is. The proposed building layout provides insufficient parking for the housing denstiy and will impact our already problematic situation. This also creates additional traffic through our neighborhood and higher density housing in the back of an existing subdivision really doesn't make sense logistically. Please leave the existing zoning that would align the new development with existing subdivisions. Thank you, Zach Murphy 3911 W Newland St 1
