Hello,
Please do not change the zoning to increase housing density for the subdivision that is going in east of Newland and
close to Chesterfield 2 and Castlebrook. There is already too much traffic coming into these areas and we don't need
more. We need larger lots, less homes and more space instead of homes crammed together. We also need to keep an
eye out on our water availability;our irrigation water was turned off early last year - certainly because it was a drier year
but also because we keep adding more and more homes. Let's keep the current zoning of 3-8 homes - 3 would be best.
