This parcel of land is not currently zoned for the high density 12 homes they want to put in. That many homes would add
potentially 12-24 cars (with limited parking) that would be using Oxwich or Meadowpine/Pine as the entrance/exit to
their community. Current zoning would limit this to 3-8 homes. I see no need to change the zoning. Please deny this
request for zoning change.
