Brientholt Subdivision is located on the east side of Meridian Road approximately one-half of a mile north of Fairveiw Avenue. The project is owned by Richard and Susan Brienholt. The City of Meridian approved annexation and zoning (AZ-05-037) and the preliminary plat (PP-05-036) for Brienholt Subdivision on October 4,2005. Twenty-two (22) building lots and 3 common/other lots on 3.57 acres were approved. The final plat and improvement drawings have been drawn in conformance with the approved preliminary plat and meet all requirements and conditions of the approval. Irrigation Water Source: Use of non-potable irrigation water is required when determined to be available by the City Public Works Department as regulated by City Ordinance 9-1-28. If city potable water is used, a separate water meter is recommended so the owner can avoid paying sewer fees for irrigation water. Potable water shall not be used as a primary irrigation water source on non-residential lots with more than y" acre of landscaping.
