The specifications you requested for the Shafer View Terrace Subdivision are as follows:
1. Gazebo to be built by owner. Octagonal Shape at 20' diameter. Weather resistant wood
structure on concrete slab, with a shingle or metal roof.
2. Children's play structure by Playcraft (NFUSE) Product# NF536135FA. Use zone of 30' x 32'. 8'
tall (pdf specifications are attached to this email).
