Hillsdale Ave. Meridian, ID 83642 Application Narrative Dear Ms. Allen: On behalf of the Boise Family YMCA (YMCA), we are pleased to present the attached application and supplements for the application referenced above. This application includes a condominium short plat. Please accept this letter as the formal written narrative for the project. A portion of the building constructed on the YMCA parcel (R3530850020) is anticipated to be a new St. Luke's medical office suite. In order to accommodate separate ownership between the YMCA and St. Luke's, we are proposing to condominiumize the structure as depicted on the attached condominium plat. The resulting condominium units will conform to the City's ordinances, provisions, and standards with no variances being requested at this time. We appreciate the time you and other City staff have spent to help us understand the steps needed to accomplish this project.
