Re: Aviation Subdivision Letter of Support
Dear Planning and Zoning Commission:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of our support for the Aviation Subdivision and to provide information about our
proposed Newkirk Neighborhood to the East of the Aviation Property.
As the Developer of the 20+acres of property directly East of the Aviation Subdivision we are supportive of the extension of
West Aviator Street and the water and sewer main extensions that the project will develop. Our Newkirk Neighborhood will
provide the final piece of the transportation puzzle in this area allowing the collector roadway to connect Black Cat Road
and Franklin Road.This connection will play a big part in relieving the traffic congestion on Black Cat.
Newkirk is in the development stage of the preliminary plat application;we project a submittal by April 15 of this year.The
two projects will complete the transportation network in the area which will greatly reduce the congestion on Black Cat.
For the reasons stated above we are in support of the Aviation Subdivision Application.
