Dear Mayor and City Council Members:
Please accept this letter on behalf of my entity, Endurance Holdings, LLC, which is the entity in
ownership of the property located at 820 S. Black Cat Road, directly east of the proposed Black
Cat Industrial Business Center.
I support the project and believe the industrial business center will be an appropriate and well-
suited use next to my property, which we plan to develop in-line with the Medium High Density
Residential designation in the City of Meridian Future Land Use Map. It is beneficial to our
planned residential development to have job opportunities immediately across the street; these
are jobs that Meridian residents are having to drive out of Meridian to find now
