Attached with this letter are revised copies of the construction documents for your review. The following is a clarification of your comments as well as a discussion of some of the changes made: Warrick No. 4 Planning Division Comments • Per comment number 5, A note has been added to sheet 1-1.5 `Landscape details' stating the mitigation requirements per UDC 11-313-10C are to be met if any existing trees found on site are to be removed. • Comment 6 has been reviewed and it has been verified that the drainage pond on Lot 33, Block 4 no longer exists. It has been updated to an underground seepage bed per the approved plans by ACHD. We hope this addresses your concerns.
