I am writing to express my concern about the Black Cat Proposed Business Center impacting the traffic on
Black Cat Road. I have reviewed the information available to me on the development and cannot find any
specific timeframe for improvements to Black Cat Road that would alleviate traffic concerns for the houses
that use Black Cat Road on a daily basis. I live on W. View Place and it is already difficult at certain times of the
day to get out on Black Cat Road.
I also believe it is important that the mixed employment designation not be changed to allow for larger
businesses to be included in the business center.
