We are residence living off Black Cat Rd on View Dr. We are against the proposed business center
off Black Cat Rd Our road system is already
congested in this area. Trying to access Black Cat Rd from View is dangerous with the hill making
vision difficult as well as Semis tryin to enter the main rd.
We can only imagine what the traffic jam it would become adding this Industrial center to our
neighborhood. Dealing with the traffic back up due to the school on Northside of Franklin off Black
Cat is already a huge inconvenience. We understand the plan to widen the road system will not take
place until 2036-2040, this new center would turn this road into an un-imaginable mess.
