I was reviewing your staff report to the mayor and city council on the Ellensburgh Subdivision project. Under the
summary of the public; hearing, you have listed that I testified in opposition of the project. If you review my
testimony you will see that this is not true. I said I was neither going to speak in favor or in opposition of the
project, rather make some statements for the public record about my family's livestock operation. ask questions
and make comments. I also signed in as "neutra)" to the project.
Please correct this information and see that the mayor and council members are made aware of the accurate
ref/ection of my testimony before tonighfs council meeting. While you are at it, please correct the speUing of my
name.
