HANSEN PLS 11118 SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE THE BOUNDARY FOR THIS SUBDIVISION WAS DEVELOPED FROM SURVEYED TIES TO CONTROLLING SECTION CORNER MONUMENTATION, THE PLATTED SUBDIVISION BOUNDARIES OF BLACK CAT ESTATES NO. 1, BLACK CAT ESTATES NO. 2, , INFORMATION FROM RECORD OF SURVEY NUMBERS 7768, AND CURRENT DEEDS OF RECORD. THE SURVEYED MONUMENTATION AND CONTROLLING BOUNDARIES FIT THE RECORDS WELL AND WERE ACCEPTED TO ESTABLISH THE BOUNDARY FOR THIS SUBDIVISION SHOWN HEREON. 1- EACH LOT IS HEREBY DESIGNATED AS HAVING A PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES, IRRIGATION, AND LOT DRAINAGE OVER THE TEN (10) FEET ADJACENT TO ANY PUBLIC STREET, UNLESS OTHERWISE DIMENSIONED.
