Subdivision, as same is shown on the Plat thereof, recorded in Book 121 of Plats at Page 19070 of Ada
County Records, being situate in Government Lot 1, Section 5, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise
Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 3, Block 1 of said Wadsworth Meridian Subdivision, said
point being the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence on the southerly boundary line of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1 of said Subdivision for the
following courses:
Thence North 84' 06' 00" West, a distance of 199.03 feet;
Thence North 86' 01' 47" West, a distance of 122.57 feet;
Thence leaving said southerly boundary line, North 03° 58' 13" East, a distance of 158.00 feet to
a point on the northerly boundary line of said Lot 1;
Thence on the northerly and easterly boundary line of said Lots 1, 2 and 3 for the following
courses:
Thence South 86' 01' 47" East, a distance of 99.20 feet;
Thence North 89' 39' 20" East, a distance of 181.46 feet;
Thence South 44° 30' 12" East, a distance of 45.81 feet;
Thence South 01° 14' 39" West, a distance of 148.15 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
