Dear Bill,
Attached to this letter is a Property Boundary Adjustment to consolidate and reconfigure the northern
lots, 1, 2, and 3 of Block 1 of the Wadsworth Meridian Subdivision. The subdivision was recorded on
October 18, 2021, as instrument number 2021-151043, records of Ada County, Idaho. The original
developer still owns the parcels therefore individual deeds are not available.
