The subdivision was recorded on October 18, 2021, as instrument number 2021-151043, records of Ada County, Idaho. The original developer still owns the parcels therefore individual deeds are not available. The parcels included in the application are: Parcel number Wadsworth Meridian Subdivision Acres Zoning R9161790020 Lot 1, Block 1 0.662 C-G R9161790040 Lot 2, Block 1 0.393 C-G R9161790060 Lot 3, Block 1 0.645 C-G To facilitate development, the application proposes to consolidate and reconfigure the three lots to two lots.
