It is not a public hearing, and I know transmittals were sent out to the agencies for comments by 8/1 for the 8/6 meeting (giving them less than 3 weeks), but neither Bruce nor l had it on our list because of the date it was complete. It was not submitted until 7/10, and we have to have a minimum of 4 weeks to get it reviewed (especially with our current workload), so we had it scheduled for comments for the 8/20 meeting. .....
