This is a formal request for a six week deferral of the ACHD application for annexation and rezone. ACHD would
like an opportunity to meet with the Duane Drive residents to discuss the issues raised at the public hearing
and with Public Works staff concerning the sewer. This request for deferral ofthe ACHD application should in no
way reflect upon the Una Mas application. It is the desire of the District that the Meridian City Council review the
Una Mas application and base their decision upon the merits ofthat project alone.
