I have already commented once regarding this plan but have since learned more about the Purdam Gulch Drain that is
slated to be covered by the Aviation Subdivision development.
The Purdam Gulch Drain is listed as a historic site in the “Idaho Historic Sites Inventory Meridian Area of Impact” It
is listed under “01-19877 Purdam Gulch Drain - Pioneer Irrigation District Drainage System “
Please preserve this historic waterway. Leaving the gulch as an open water amenity would in no way change the
subdivision building plan, it would just make the 'buffer' more natural and aesthetically pleasing.
