Date approval will expire: 1/21/2022
Time requested for an extension: 2 year
Reason for extension: After additional market research, Bach Homes felt that adding on to their
existing apartment community would be a better use for the land than the proposed storage facility.
City Council denied Bach Homes’ application to modify the development agreement to allow
apartments. Bach Homes would like to retain the CUP approval to retain the option to develop storage
units.
