Dear Mr. Carlisle:
This letter is to confirm that the Director approved the application you submitted for a time extension on
the Conditional Use Permit for the subject property.
In accord with UDC 11-5B-6F, in order for the Conditional Use Permit to remain valid, the Applicant
shall commence the use as permitted in accord with the conditions of approval, satisfy the requirements
set forth in the conditions of approval, and acquire building permits and commence construction of
permanent footings or structures on or in the ground, or submit an application for a time extension on or
before January 28, 2024.
The Applicant, Director, or a Party of Record may request City Council review of a decision of the
Director. All requests for review shall be filed in writing with the Planning Division of the Community
Development Department on or before March 4, 2022, within fifteen (15) days after the written decision
is issued, and contain the information listed in UDC 11-5A-6B.
If City Council review of the decision is not requested, the action of the Director represents a final
decision on a land use application. You have the right to request a regulatory taking analysis under Idaho
Code 67-8003.
