DESIGN NARRATIVE
Situated in the Treasure Valley, on the west side of Meridian, our site offers a unique opportunity to
bring a robust and distinctive landscape to this new residential development. Through the use of
native and adaptive plantings, and the creation of meaningful residential open space, we hope to
create a residential community that is welcoming and inviting, but also distinctly of Meridian and the
Treasure Valley.
