A11 common driveways shall be straight or have a turning radius of 28' inside and 48' outside and shall have a clear driving suIface which is 20' wide. 07. Provide a 20' wide Fire Lane for all internal roadways all roadways shall be marked in accordance with Appendix D Section D1O3.6 Signs. 08. Requiremenrs for dead-end fire apparatus access roads that are between 500' -750' in length. The roadways shall be built to Ada County Highway Standards cross section requirements and shall have a clear driyjng surlace, available at all rimes, which is 26' wide. Streets wÜh less than a 35' street width shan have no parking. Streets with less than 39' shall have parking only on one side. These measurements shall be based on the face of curb dimension. The proposed project lies outside the five-minute response zone goal. Achievement of this goal is subject to budgetary constraints and is intended to enhance the probability of a favorable outcome on a request for ;Basíc Life Support. The budget constraints are typically defined as capital outlay for facilities that are located within 1.5 miles from a given location and sufficient operational funds to staff the facilities. ~e fire department requests that any future signalization installed as the result of the development of this project be equipped with Opticom Sensors to ensure a safe and efficient response by fire and emergency medical service vehicles. This cost of this installation is to be borne by the developer. 1:122. Maintain a separation of 5' from the bwlding to the dumpster enclosure. E]23. The proposed location of the Meridian Fire Station meets the general requirements of the Master Sire Plan for fire station locations. The site appears to have met the minimum lot dimensions required for a satellite fire station location. 029. Al] portions of the buildings located on this project must be within ISO' of a paved surface as measured around the perimeter of the building. 030. It is recommended that all Daycare's facílities with 6 or fewer children complete a self-inspecrion of their home using the criteria of the Idaho State Fire Marshall. 034.
