We currently have a high volume of development applications and traffic impact studies that are under review and
review times are longer than usual. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Subject: A-2022-0002 - Kum & Go
Hi Bill,
th
ACHD received the development application for the proposed Kum & Go at Eagle/Overland. On January 26 ACHD
issued comments on the completeness/sufficiency review for the traffic impact study and it was resubmitted for an
rd
initial review on February 3. There are currently 7 studies in the review queue ahead of it. Because of this ACHD will
be unable to provide a staff report until the traffic impact study has been reviewed and accepted. Please do not
schedule this item for hearing until you have received a staff report from ACHD.
Let me know you have any questions.
