Subject: Concerns over 4175 S Leaning Tower Ave

I am the homeowner of 4205 S Leaning Tower. After viewing the photos of the as-is daycare home, it is evident that this
is environment can get and probably will get out of control with the doubling of daycare child capacity, very well
resulting in an incident, accident or tragedy….unnecessarily. It will add to the congestion and make Leaning Tower
avenue a less desirable place to live beyond the deteriorating conditions as of now.
I too, will have to address renter concerns about the noise and street traffic. And I hope the daycare center will not
hamper or detract from my home getting rented.
I do not recommend approving Increasing the daycare license amount to 12 children. I would like to formally protest the
application for an expanded daycare facility. What is the procedure to do this?
Sincerely,
Ed Espinosa
