Dear Planning Staff,
The owner of the property located at 3030 E. Magic View Dr. is proposing the construction of a
new cosmetic professional office building. The proposed project will consist of an approximately 3,167
s.f., single story building, new parking lot expansion, and landscaping improvements.
There have not been any previous approvals or requirements for the requested use.
