I don’t see items from the City of Meridian until you have submitted to the building department, then they will ask me to comment. Some of my coworkers review the CZC applications. Either way I have reached out to them and they should get it marked as approved here soon. I am behind at the moment so a little slow at issuing my own approvals. But if you shoot me an email after you submit to the building department, I can approve yours real quick. My role reviews for fees 02/10/22 A-2021-0224 due and I won’t have any for the clubhouse or pool. A simple review for me. Good afternoon Austin, As part of my CZC application/approval through Meridian City Planning Department we are needing an ACHD review. I had submitted the CZC application to the Planning Department 11.29.2021. I show the file was assigned to ACHD on 12.7.2021. Looking on the Process portion of Meridians web site I noticed we are still waiting for the ACHD review to take place. I wanted to check in and see if your Team needs any additional informant from me to be able to get this process completed. I would like to submit for the building permit by 1.21.2022.
