WARRANTY DEED
For Value Received Donald Lee Chambers and Kathleen Lynn Chambers, Trustees of the Donald
Lee Chambers and Kathleen Lynn Chambers Living Trust dated May 9, 2018, the Grantor, hereby
grants, bargains, sells, conveys and warrants unto
Stake in the Ground, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company,
the Grantee, whose current address is 4321 N Morning Sky Way, Meridian, ID 83646 , the following
described premises, to wit:
Lot 4 in Block 1 of Belltower Park Subdivision Plat, according to the plat thereof, filed in Book 112 of Plats
at Pages 16262 through 16264, records of Ada County, Idaho.

SUBJECT TO: Current General Taxes, a lien in the process of assessments, not yet due or payable.
Easements, restrictions, reservations, provisions of record and assessments, if any.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the said premises, together with the appurtenances, unto the said Grantee
and to their heirs and assigns forever. And the said Grantor does hereby covenant to and with the said
Grantee, that they are the owner in fee simple of said premises, that said premises are free from all
encumbrances that he/she/they will warrant and defend the same from all lawful claims whatsoever.
