RE: Graycliff Subdivision- Phase 1 CZC Application
To Whom it May Concern —
This letter accompanies the CZC submittal for the Graycliff Subdivision Community Center and entry
monument.
See below explanation for items not included from CZC Checklist:
Trash Enclosure Approval: This community center will not have a dumpster and will utilize curbside
trash receptacle pickup.
Photometric Plan: No additional lighting is proposed with this application.
Engineering plans for Utility Construction: Utility services are stubbed to this property and will be
extended to the community center building. No additional main lines will be constructed.
