To Whom it May Concern:
My name is Chris Maiocca and I live at 4160 E View Circle, Meridian, ID 83642.
In an 11th hour effort to preserve our way of life, I request that you approve the request of the residents in this
subdivision and allow Rolling Hill to be used as an emergency access only.
I have to imagine that it is a rare situation that Planning and Zoning, the applicants, the residents, and ACHD are all in
complete agreement and yet that is what we presently have. All parties concur that the most viable option for this
development is to close off Rolling Hill and divert the traffic to Silverstone - a road which can accommodate such traffic.
I humbly ask that you would concur and place your approval on the iteration of this development which dead-ends
Rolling Hill as an emergency access.
