The subdivision is within Settlers Irrigation District and will be Obligated for Assessments from Settlers Irrigation District. 4. Except for access to W. Waverton Ln (Private) and W. Coragano Ln. (Private) direct lot access to W. Chinden Boulevard and N. Black Cat Rd. are prohibited. 5. Lot 2, Block 1 is a common lot and shall be owned and maintained by the Baron Black Cat LLC. All common lots are subject to a blanket public utility easement and irrigation easement. 7. Lot 1, Block 1 is reserved for purchase by the Idaho Department of Transportation. 8.
