Hello Mindy,
Could you provide written confirmation that a traffic impact study or change of use is not required, or has been
accepted for review by ACHD, for the proposed Alamar Subdivision in Meridian.
The subdivision will be located at 4380 W Franklin Road, Meridian (Parcels #S 1210346606 and S 1210346730). Our
plan is to create a road entrance off of Franklin directly across from the existing S Baraya Way. The subdivision will
consist of 46 single-family units developed as tri-plexes which will access the street from private driveways. A
siteplan is attached for reference.
Please let me know if you need any further information.
